Khatuna Gogaladze is an environmental professional with 20+ year work experience. At various stages of her career she has been helping governmental entities, non-governmental organizations and multi-lateral institutions by providing leadership, policy analysis and recommendations, initiating/coordinating environmental policy development process and guiding its implementation. She has an academic background in biological sciences as well as two Master’s Degrees in Environmental Sciences and Policy (Hungary) and Public Administration (USA). Khatuna has worked for a number of international organizations in different capacity as well as for the Ministry of Environment for about 10 years. She served as a Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia in 2012-2014.
Key Qualifications: project management, environmental policy analysis, strategic planning, developing policy papers in various environmental fields including but not limited to waste management, water resources, forestry and climate change.
