Financial and Administrative Operations Manager
Maia (Maka) has 18+ years of working experience in project administration, financial management, and logistics at national, regional, and international levels. She has graduated from Georgian Technical University, the faculty of Chemistry, and holds a second master’s degree in environmental management and policy from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). Maia has worked for the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and non-governmental and international organizations projects (UNDP Co Georgia, UNDP Istanbul HUB, EBRD, ADB, EU and UNOPS). She has professional experience in administrative and financial planning, goal setting, leading, and managing multifunctional Financial and Administrative (F&A) teams, developing budgets, monitoring, and controlling funds flow, preparing financial reports, providing purchasing, inventory management, organizing events, managing and coordinating overall administrative and logistical support services.
